Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate account and contact information and keep your sign-in details secure. One person or organization may not create duplicate accounts to obtain additional codes, bypass restrictions, or refer itself. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Honest promotion and brand use
Describe LynkOffice and the affiliate offer accurately. Do not make false guarantees, imitate an official LynkOffice account, use misleading advertising, send unsolicited messages, or publish unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content. Do not promise a price, feature, discount, or result that differs from the current information shown by LynkOffice.
Referral attribution
A referral may be attributed through your tracked referral link or promo code. A promo code entered before the first confirmed payment may replace an earlier link attribution. Attribution becomes locked after the first successful referred payment. Clicks, registrations, and failed or pending payment attempts do not by themselves earn commission.
Customer discounts and promo codes
LynkOffice sets the customer discount attached to affiliate promo codes. You choose an available code text, but you may not alter the discount or represent that a different discount applies. Codes remain the property of the program and may be disabled when an account is suspended, rejected, or closed.
Commission and renewals
Eligible commission is calculated from the amount actually paid for a confirmed subscription after discounts. The current affiliate rate applies to the first eligible payment and each eligible paid renewal, extension, or plan change. Refunded, reversed, voided, fraudulent, chargeback, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible amounts do not produce payable commission.
Hold period, refunds, and reversals
Each commission remains on hold until its displayed Available on date. A full or partial refund may reverse or reduce the related commission. If commission was already paid before a later refund or reversal, a negative adjustment may reduce future earnings. On-hold amounts cannot be withdrawn.
Cashout eligibility and payment
Only Payable commission counts toward the minimum cashout for its currency. Currency balances are separate and cannot be combined. A cashout request reserves the eligible balance while it is reviewed. Payment is completed only when the request is marked Paid. You must provide any accurate payment or verification information reasonably required to complete a transfer.
Prohibited activity and enforcement
You may not generate artificial clicks, use your own referral to purchase, conceal the source of traffic, bid on protected brand terms without permission, interfere with tracking, misuse customer data, or encourage refunds after commission is recorded. LynkOffice may investigate activity and suspend, reject, or close access, deactivate codes, reverse ineligible commission, or withhold a cashout while suspected abuse is reviewed.
Independent participation, taxes, and responsibility
Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, exclusivity, or authority to bind LynkOffice. You are responsible for your promotion costs, required disclosures, and any taxes, registrations, permissions, or records that apply to your affiliate activity. You may not enter agreements or make commitments on behalf of LynkOffice.
Program changes and ending participation
LynkOffice may change program settings or these terms, pause new registrations, or end the program. Material updated terms may require renewed acceptance. You may stop promoting at any time. Suspension or closure stops new eligible referrals; valid historical balances remain subject to review, refunds, reversals, minimum cashout, and these terms.

Use the official LynkOffice support channel for questions about attribution, commission, cashout, or these terms. Keep your account email current because program notices may be delivered there. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create or use an affiliate account.
