Example data and a simplified interface. This preview illustrates the workflow; your workspace depends on enabled modules and configuration.

Private Beneficiary & Household Files

Link each beneficiary to your client directory, keep dated household membership, documents and representatives, and limit each file to the team members assigned to it unless broader access is granted.

Social Research & Independent Eligibility

Case workers complete versioned research forms and compare each case with a published eligibility rule; independent reviewers then decide across the configured approval levels after declaring any conflict of interest, with appeals and a committee waiting list.

Funded Assistance

Prepare assistance requests within support limits and plan their instalments, fund each instalment from income allocated to a fund, and on final financial approval post the expense and payable to the general ledger.

Controlled Payment Runs

Approve payment runs through their own levels, export a transfer list for your bank’s portal, then record the payments and returns the bank actually made. Whoever prepared or submitted a run cannot record its payments.

Donations, Pledges, Campaigns & Sponsorships

Link approved income receipts to donors as general, zakat, sadaqah or restricted donations with numbered, printable acknowledgements, and follow pledges, campaign goals and sponsorship arrears. The system does not collect money itself.

In-Kind Aid & Volunteers

Tie donated goods, hand-overs and returns to inventory vouchers, link supplier services to beneficiaries, and record volunteer shifts, attendance and approved hours with a printable hours certificate.

Governance & Compliance Registers

Keep bodies and seats, quorum-checked meetings, numbered resolutions with votes and recusals, interests and delegations, plus a register of licences and filings with in-app reminders before they fall due. Nothing is filed with authorities on your behalf.

How the work flows

A connectedpath from start to finish

An illustrative workflow; available steps depend on the transaction, settings and permissions.

  1. Activate the add-on, assign the ready-made charity permission templates to the right members and complete the association profile and licences.

  2. Create beneficiary and household files, carry out case research, and have eligibility and the beneficiary’s bank account independently reviewed.

  3. Fund and approve the assistance, approve its payment run, make the transfer in your bank, then record the payment from the statement so the ledger and period reports update.

Staying in control

Information tokeep you in control

Review period figures for donations, pledges, beneficiaries paid, assistance by programme and governance, with an option to hide small counts and export as CSV.

What do you need to get started?

Available to businesses registered in Saudi Arabia only, with the add-on in your plan and activated. Only the owner has charity access at first; Admin and Staff roles gain it when you assign the ready-made charity permission templates. Transfers are made in your bank and then recorded; the system contacts no bank or government platform.
