A connected workflow

Salla

Examples: 3

The Salla add-on imports the tax invoices Salla itself issues, while the Zid add-on creates invoices from delivered orders. Choose the add-on for the platform your store runs on.

Example data and a simplified interface. This preview illustrates the workflow; your workspace depends on enabled modules and configuration.

Salla

Authorise your Salla store from the store account itself and link it to a branch, then import Salla tax invoices for orders that are completed, delivered, shipped or being delivered, together with their credit notes.

Zid

Authorise your Zid store, choose its Zid inventory location and link it to a branch. Invoices are created from delivered Zid orders, and their credit notes are imported with them.

Products in the Direction You Choose

Decide whether the store or the system owns product data, and keep names, SKUs, barcodes, prices, costs, variants and grouped products aligned where the store supports them. Matching uses the exact SKU or the store’s product ID, never the name.

Optional Stock Synchronisation

Turn on stock synchronisation per connection when you need it: either take the store’s quantities into the branch warehouse, or send available warehouse stock to the store, with imported sales deducted once. It stays off until you enable it.

Invoices from Online Orders

Shipping and payment fees arrive as separate lines, and the import stops when VAT or totals differ from the store. Imported invoices stay as drafts for review, or are issued automatically through the usual ledger posting and, when its add-on is active, e-invoicing, without notifying the customer.

Scheduled Runs with a Full History

Synchronise every 15 minutes or on demand, re-import up to 100 specific orders, and review what each run created, updated, left unchanged or failed before retrying. A connection stops itself after three failed runs in a row, with the reason recorded.

How the work flows

A connectedpath from start to finish

An illustrative workflow; available steps depend on the transaction, settings and permissions.

  1. Activate the Salla or Zid add-on, authorise your store, choose a branch and an invoice start date, then verify and save the connection.

  2. Set the product data owner and stock option, run a product sync, and turn on automatic synchronisation once the results look right.

  3. Import invoices and credit notes, issue or review drafts, and reconcile receipts, refunds and bank deposits using the synchronisation history.

Staying in control

Information tokeep you in control

Review each connection’s synchronisation history of created, updated, unchanged and failed records, alongside the imported invoices, credit notes and stock movements in their usual screens.

What do you need to get started?

Requires the Salla or Zid add-on in your plan and activated, a merchant account with administrator access to the store, and the matching permissions. Connecting uses the store’s own authorisation, and the store currency must match the business currency.

Features are subject to plan limits and user permissions. Add-ons require subscription access and activation; external services may require separate accounts and fees.
