A practical example

A purchase,a return, a stock check.

A customer buys two items and later returns one. Record the sale from the correct branch, follow the return through the supported refund workflow, and review the stock and customer balance before replenishing that branch.

Illustrative workflow, not a customer result. Available steps depend on configuration and subscription.

Your working day

Serve.Check stock. Replenish.

  1. Serve at the counter

Add services or products, assign the team member, review discounts and tax, then record payment. Available payment methods and split payments follow the configured sales rules. Review the resulting sale and receipt.

  2. Check each location

Review stock by warehouse or branch. Move goods with a stock transfer and complete its receipt before treating them as available at the destination.

  3. Prepare replenishment

Record the purchasing need, review quantities and supplier terms, then follow the purchasing workflow through order and receipt. Requesting goods does not add them to stock.

For your Saudi operation

Work in Arabic or English, organise branches and configure the invoicing and payment options your business needs. E-invoicing requires the relevant add-on, branch setup and review of submission status. Payment and messaging providers require their own configuration.
