1. The service
LynkOffice is provided as an online service you access through a web browser. A subscription gives your business (the “workspace”) access to the modules, limits and features of the plan you choose, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Some capabilities are optional modules that stay dormant until an owner of the workspace activates them. Activating a module does not change the price of your plan unless the pricing page says otherwise.
LynkOffice sells access to software, not physical goods or professional services. Modules for clinical, legal, accounting, payroll and compliance workflows help you manage your own records; they do not make LynkOffice your doctor, lawyer, accountant, bank, lender, payment processor or tax authority.
The service is operated under the trade name LynkOffice from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact details are published on the contact page.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed under your account, and workspace owners are responsible for the roles and permissions they grant to their team.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. Free trial
New workspaces may start with a free trial of the length shown at sign-up. No payment card is required to start a trial, and nothing is charged when it ends. When the trial lapses without payment, the workspace moves to a restricted state as described in section 6 — your data is not deleted for lapsing.
4. Plans, fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance for a monthly or yearly term, in the currency shown at checkout. The price, the billing cycle, the plan limits and any applicable taxes are displayed before you pay. Plan limits (such as branches, team members or monthly invoices) apply to the workspace for the duration of the term.
We may change plan prices or composition for future terms. A change never applies retroactively to a term you have already paid for, and current prices are always published on the pricing page.
5. Payment methods
Online payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. Your card details are entered on and handled by the payment provider — LynkOffice does not store full card numbers. A subscription is activated when the payment provider confirms the payment.
Where bank transfer is offered, you may submit a payment notification with your transfer reference. Bank transfers are verified by our team before the subscription is activated; a submitted notification is not by itself an activation.
6. Expiry, suspension and reactivation
When a paid term ends without renewal, the workspace first enters a read-only grace period: your team can sign in and view records but cannot create or modify them. After the grace period, the workspace is suspended, leaving only the plans and payment screens available until a payment is received. Renewing reactivates the workspace with its data intact.
We may suspend a workspace for material breach of these terms, unlawful use, or risk to the service or to other customers. Where practicable we will notify you and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue.
7. Your data
The business records you enter into your workspace belong to your business. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Export is a standard feature of the product: while your account is active you can export your records in full, and download uploaded files from Files.
You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the data you enter, including obtaining any consents required from your own customers and employees.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other customers’ data; not to interfere with the operation of the service; and not to resell access to the service without our written agreement.
9. Tax and regulatory features
The product includes features designed for regulatory workflows, such as ZATCA e-invoicing. These features are tools: using them does not by itself constitute your business’s compliance, and configuring them correctly for your circumstances remains your responsibility. References to regulatory programs do not imply endorsement by any authority.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available and provide workspace backup and export tools, but no online service can promise uninterrupted operation. We may improve, add or replace features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a plan during a paid term.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new revision date, and continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these terms can be sent to our support address on the contact page.
