A practical example

Follow onetable through service.

A table orders coffee and two meals. Send each item to its configured preparation station, check that the complete order is ready at handoff, then settle the check. Review ingredient use and waste separately from the guest’s bill.

Illustrative workflow, not a customer result. Available steps depend on configuration and subscription.

Your working day

Take the order.Prepare. Serve.

  1. Take the order

Open a table or supported order type, add menu items and send the order to preparation. Review the check, split or settle payment through the restaurant POS, and follow the business-day controls.

  2. Coordinate preparation

Kitchen Display receives items routed to preparation stations. Start preparation, mark items ready and coordinate the order handoff; preparing food does not settle the guest’s check.

  3. Review the ingredients

Define recipe ingredients and quantities, review calculated cost, and record waste separately with its reason. Use the food-cost reports to compare the configured recipe with actual recorded activity.

Getting started

Start with the essentials.Build from there.

Configure floor/table layout, menu choices, kitchen routing and payment settings first. Configure stations, item routing and kitchen access. Verify the correct station before changing order progress. Set up ingredient stock, units and recipes. Cost and consumption depend on those definitions and the configured inventory workflow.

What to review as an owner

Review item performance, peak hours, payment methods, table activity and recipe costs.

Questions

Beforeyou get started

For your Saudi operation

Work in Arabic or English, organise branches and configure the invoicing and payment options your business needs. E-invoicing requires the relevant add-on, branch setup and review of submission status. Payment and messaging providers require their own configuration.
