What you can do

Define a recurring class with its captain, weekdays, date range, time and capacity. The system generates the matching dated sessions. Captain conflicts with other group classes or private appointments must be resolved before creation.

A practical example

One swimming programme,step by step.

Prepare a one-month swimming membership with two sessions per week and eight sessions per membership period. Schedule a recurring class with a captain and capacity, enroll the member for covered dates, and record each dated session’s attendance from its roster or member QR.

Illustrative workflow, not a customer result. Available steps depend on configuration and subscription.

  1. Schedule the class

Define a recurring class with its captain, weekdays, date range, time and capacity. The system generates the matching dated sessions. Captain conflicts with other group classes or private appointments must be resolved before creation.

  2. Enroll the member

Choose the class and student dates, then the client and an eligible active subscription. Review covered dates and available places before confirming enrollment. The enrollment exposes a member QR and the existing membership purchase invoice.

  3. Record attendance

Open a dated session and its member roster. Start the session, record each member’s outcome manually or by member QR, review remaining outcomes and complete the session. This roster is separate from the reception queue and event-ticket check-in.

Getting started

Start with the essentials.Build from there.

Activate Group Classes. Prepare an eligible membership with weekly and period allowances, and assign an active captain. A monthly plan does not always generate the same number of sessions. The subscription must include group classes and cover the selected dates. If needed, sell the membership and collect payment through the supported enrollment path; do not create a duplicate subscription. Attendance actions require the relevant permissions and an eligible session/enrollment. Review membership balances and make-up rules when correcting attendance.

What to review as an owner

Review dated session capacity, enrollments, attendance outcomes and membership allowances in Group Classes. Follow membership sales and payments in their related records.
