Example data and a simplified interface. This preview illustrates the workflow; your workspace depends on enabled modules and configuration.

Employee Profiles & Contracts

Personal files, documents with expiry tracking and an organisational structure. Start contracts from templates, renew them as a linked history and receive contract and probation expiry notices.

Attendance & Schedules

A reusable shift library — fixed, weekday-specific, split or dated seasonal shifts such as Ramadan hours — with clock-in windows, schedules, blocked times and holiday calendars.

Leave & Absences

Scope leave policies by employee, job title, department or branch, accrue monthly and carry unused days with an expiry. Allow part-day leave with supporting documents and track absences.

Pay Runs

Periodic pay runs with allowances, deductions and advance recoveries. Processing posts the run to the ledger; record full or partial payment from a chosen cash or bank account and print or download payslips.

Targets & Commissions

Set monthly targets per employee for revenue, services, retail units and appointments, apply commission rules, and approve commission in sales periods before payroll.

Announcements, Policies & Requests

Targeted announcements, versioned company policies with acknowledgement tracking, employee messages and request handling in one place.

End-of-Service Settlements

Terminate a contract after previewing the Saudi end-of-service benefit, then accrue, pay in instalments, correct or reverse the settlement with its journal entries.

Fingerprint Terminals & Clock-in Controls

Receive punches automatically from ADMS-compatible fingerprint terminals, map device PINs to employees, and restrict clock-in by office network or GPS radius.

Attendance-Based Pay Rules

Approve daily attendance before payroll, count lateness, absence or overtime with attendance rules, and price them through formula-based salary items. Absence deduction is opt-in.

Multi-Level Approval Chains

Route leave, employee requests and advances through ordered approval levels, and delegate approval authority during absences with both names recorded.

Advances & Bonuses

Lend advances recovered in instalments by later pay runs, and award approved bonuses that the next pay run pays once — with approval and disbursement kept separate.

HR Records & Promotions

Record promotions, transfers, warnings and terminations as dated, approved events. Applying a promotion renews the contract, and payroll splits the period across both salaries.

Employee Self-Service

Staff clock in and out, request full or part-day leave, raise requests, message colleagues and acknowledge policies from their own workspace, within their permissions.

How the work flows

A connectedpath from start to finish

An illustrative workflow; available steps depend on the transaction, settings and permissions.

  1. Complete employee profiles, contracts and payroll details, and configure schedules and leave policies.

  2. Review attendance, absences, leave requests, advances and salary components for the pay period.

  3. Prepare the pay run, review allowances and deductions, then track approval, payment and payslips.

Staying in control

Information tokeep you in control

Track attendance, performance, commissions, employee statements and the payroll register, checking each report’s period and employee scope.

What do you need to get started?

Each employee needs an active contract covering the period and no open attendance session. Wage-protection files require the Mudad add-on (Saudi businesses only), completed establishment setup and validated employee IBANs.
