Step by step
Prepare the paid membership and its eligibility for group classes.
Define the recurring class, instructor, capacity and times to generate sessions.
Enroll the customer with an eligible membership, then record attendance on each session roster.
Use Group Classes for recurring membership-based programmes. Events use tickets, appointments serve individual bookings, and Client Attendance manages reception queues; each has a different purpose.

Define a recurring class with its captain, weekdays, date range, time and capacity. The system generates the matching dated sessions. Captain conflicts with other group classes or private appointments must be resolved before creation.
Activate Group Classes. Prepare an eligible membership with weekly and period allowances, and assign an active captain. A monthly plan does not always generate the same number of sessions.
You need access to and activation of Group Classes, an active membership that includes classes and covers their dates, an instructor, a schedule and defined capacity. Enrollment and attendance actions depend on staff permissions.
An add-on requiring plan access and activation. Check the plan table for subscription availability.
Complete the workflow with these tools. Each page explains scope and activation requirements; using them together does not mean every step is automatic.
Prepare the eligible membership used to enroll the participant in the programme.
Review the membership purchase invoice and collections when following the customer subscription.
Use events and tickets for one-off workshops or competitions rather than recurring class schedules.
